Getting good at something new used to take me six months. Now it's closer to one. I adapt by building real things with AI in the loop, not by hoarding tutorials, so don't hire me only for today's stack, hire me for how fast I pick up whatever you need next.

I love the messy zero-to-one, turning a vague idea into something real people can actually touch. But I don't stop there: shipping the MVP is only step one, and making it survive its own growth is the work I care about most.

I'm happiest a little out of my depth. New frameworks, unfamiliar domains, weird edge problems, that's where the fun is, and chasing it is how I ended up shipping across telecom, healthcare, automotive, and music.

I have zero attachment to tools, opinions, or who had the idea. The best argument wins, the user decides, and I'd rather be corrected early than be right too late.

If I have to do something twice, I'd rather build the machine that does it. It's why my LinkedIn presence runs itself and why I optimise for outcomes over hours.

I don't measure work in hours logged, I measure it in what shipped and whether it moved a number. Async, remote, and trusted to own the result is where I do my best work.
