I owned the entire console experience end-to-end: I took raw product requirements with zero design handoff and turned them into the production interface those teams now work in every day.

The challenge
Operations teams across hotels, clinics, and telecoms were juggling fragmented tools and manual coordination. The product needed one console they could trust to run real operations — and it had to ship without a design team handing over polished mockups.
What I owned
- Owned the full console front-end — architecture, routing, layouts, and REST integration — translating ambiguous requirements into shipped UI with no designer in the loop.
- Shipped the hospitality command center: real-time guest-request tracking, multi-property oversight, and shift-handoff views that replaced manual status-chasing for hotel teams.
- Shipped the healthcare console: patient-communication flows and compliance-ready audit trails clinics and labs rely on to stay accountable.
- Built role-based access control so every operator, manager, and admin sees exactly their scope — protecting sensitive operational data by default.
