Promobile Telecom
Promobile is Senegal's first MVNO — a consumer telecom storefront where real customers buy plans, devices, and SMS campaigns. I owned the full buying experience and the admin tooling behind it, building for a market with its own payment rails, languages, and trust expectations.

The challenge
Launching a telecom brand in a new market meant customers had to browse, trust, and pay through local rails (Orange, Wave) in their own language — while the business needed full control over inventory, pricing, and sales without an engineer in the loop.
What I owned
- Owned the end-to-end storefront — plan tiers, device catalogues, and agency locator — turning a market launch into a site customers could actually buy through.
- Shipped secure checkout on Orange and Wave with encrypted payloads, so payments cleared on the rails the local market trusts.
- Built the admin dashboard that lets the business manage inventory, pricing, and sales analytics without a developer on call.
- Added French/English i18n to make the product credible across the West-African market from day one.
