The challenge
50+ local wood-trading managers tracked shipments on paper — losing records, making costly errors, and with no way to search their own history. They needed software that worked with zero internet and in their own language.
What I owned
- Shipped customer records, auto-serial stock tracking, and item/date filtering that replaced the paper ledger entirely.
- Added weight summaries and landscape PDF export so businesses could hand customers clean records on demand.
- Built full Tamil Unicode support so non-English users could adopt it with zero friction — driving real adoption across 50+ businesses.
