Automate the boring parts

Repetition is a signal. The moment a task becomes a routine, I start looking for a way to hand it to a script, a pipeline, or an agent so my attention goes to the work that actually needs a human.

The clearest example is my LinkedIn AI agent: it scrapes feeds, summarises them with a locally-run model, and publishes on a schedule, keeping my profile active with zero manual effort and zero API cost.

Automation isn't laziness, it's leverage. The hours I don't spend on busywork are hours I get to spend building things that matter.
