A cross-platform product needed its web experience to keep pace with native — without blocking on, or being blocked by, the mobile release cycle.
What I owned
- Owned web-layer features, page logic, and data-binding flows on the Rails PWA — shipping independently of the native track.
- Kept the web experience consistent with the wider cross-platform product so users got one coherent brand everywhere.
